Garlicky Green Beans

We cook then cool the beans in advance so they can be heated up and seasoned moments before the meal. If you don't like tarragon, substitute dill or leave it out completely.

These were good, but not great. They were almost too garlicky for me, and I like garlic. I'll make these again, but I'll use a bit less garlic next time.

Best Green Beans Ever!

I will never make green beans any other way again. I added tons of garlic and it tasted wonderful! The beans tasted like they were from a gourmet restaurant...very crisp and fresh tasting! Also, the tarragon made all the difference.

You can make ahead, great variation

Delicious!

This was super easy to make, and also is a way to get me to get into green beans, even though I'm not a green bean person. I semi browned the garlic on accident, but that crispy garlic made it even more yummy. I would definitely make this again!

I'm not a big veggie eater, but this was a wonderful recipe. Wonderful flavor and pretty easy to make!
