Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 6 cloves garlic, peeled and smashed
  • 1/2 cup red-wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 cups Kalamata olives

Preparation

  1. Combine oregano, garlic, vinegar and oil. Toss with olives.
