Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon cardamom seeds
  • 1 teaspoon fennel seed
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seed
  • 10 cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon black peppercorns
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg

Preparation

  1. Finely grind all the ingredients in a spice grinder or coffee grinder.
