"Great granola bars! Healthy and very addictive! Only change was I used 1/2 cup of brown sugar and they were still a little sweeter than what I like.. but still really good and easy to make! Elizabeth, Minnesota "

I used 1/4 a cup of agave nectar and 1/3 cup of brown sugar with pumpkin seeds and raisins- they were perfection.

I didn't have that size pan so I used a 9" square pan and baked at 350 for 25 minutes. Came out kind of crunchy which was nice. A bit sweet even though I reduced the sugar to 3/4 cup. I used roasted almonds, omitted the salt and used cranberries and golden raisins. Will use 1/2 cup sugar next time and bake in 9" square pan minus the egg white.

These were yummy- tasted like homemade granola. Only problem was that they were to soft in the middle so half of them fell apart when I cut them. The outer edges were perfect so maybe I just needed to bake longer than stated. They were pretty sweet so could cut back on sugar a little. I did golden raisins with chopped apricots.

I made these and they were SO easy and very delicious. It would be very simple to change up the recipe and use different add-ins if you don't like the dried fruit and nuts. They are also pretty sweet so you could use less sugar if you wish but they were delicious the way they are!
