Great recipe!! Easy and delicious!! I used vanilla Soy ice cream instead of regular vanilla ice cream, and gluten free gingersnap cookies (for the crust) and it came out delicious. Also, if you like pumpkin ice cream, this recipe is perfect for you.

This is really freaking good!
It says one cup of canned puree, so it doesn't matter what size can it comes out of, you just use one cup.
The small can of pumpkin is more than you need for the 1 CUP called for in the recipe.
Is this supposed to use a big can of pumpkin puree or a small one? It's not really that clear. Thank you!
