Zippy cilantro and ginger combine with fresh mangoes in this simple and versatile chutney. Serve it with grilled meats, chicken or even tofu.


Fresh Mango Chutney Recipe

1 1/2 cups

Active Time: 10 minutes

Total Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 mangoes, diced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened flaked coconut
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Preparation

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.

  • Make Ahead Tip: Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 hours.
