Sounds good, but directions not clear. Do you have to thaw/drain the spinach first?

This is a fantastic breakfast. I grate the cheese the night before and then just throw everything into the pan, bleary-eyed, at 5:30 in the morning. 8 minutes later, voila! Breakfast! Quick, easy, brainless, and tasty. I love this breakfast!
This is a really satisfying breakfast. I cooked the potatoes for a bit before adding the spinach to make sure that they got really crispy, then I added the frozen spinach and let it thaw/heat up for a bit before adding the egg. It was delicious and I will make it again...it's only 5 Weight Watchers Points too...AMAZING for such a delicious breakfast.
Great combination of flavors, quick to prepare, and healthy!! What more could one ask?
