Turned out great! Next time I'd add more vegetables--perhaps another color of peppers--but these were great as-is! Definitely spicy.
Five-Spice Turkey & Lettuce Wraps

Based on a popular Chinese dish, these fun wraps also make appealing appetizers for entertaining. Make it a meal: Serve with chile-garlic sauce and rice vinegar for extra zip; toss diced mango and strawberries with lime juice for a quick dessert.

Absolutely loved this recipe! It was extremely yummy! I could not find the five spice blend in the store so I just bought the seasonings all separate and made my own. Still turned out wonderful! Will definitely make it again!
These are very good and satisfying! I did not use the fresh herbs but it was still very good. I used pureed ginger instead of fresh ginger, and it was still yummy. Did not use water chestnuts but the fresh lettuce and carrots still gave it a great crisp crunch. Would recommend making this as a good alternative to takeout Chinese!
