I like all the individual ingredients in this recipe but they didn't go together well and it seemed a big waste of expensive fresh herbs. Out of three dips I served at a party, this one was the least favorite of the crowd.

Lots of freshly chopped herbs add zing to our white bean dip. Serve with assorted vegetables, such as baby carrots, bell pepper strips, radishes, snow peas, broccoli and cauliflower florets.

I thought it was overpowered by the dill- not impressed with the flavor at all. I did like the texture however.
