My son did this for his exam piece. It went well not sure of his mark yet. It tasted great and we also left out the vinegar.

Our updated Sloppy Joe takes lean ground beef and adds chopped cremini mushrooms and diced fresh plum tomatoes, all in a zesty sauce. Served on a whole-wheat bun, it's a hearty dinner sandwich that will please adults and kids alike.

This was excellent! One of the best sloppy joes I've ever had. I did take into consideration other's comments and only added a splash of the vinegar. Even my very picky kids liked it. I will definitely make this again!

It was a little too vinegar tasting for us, so next time I won't add as much. Otherwise it was very good and even my mushroom hating husband brought the leftovers for his lunch!
