Curry Mayonnaise

After living in Hawaii for so long, I have grown to love curry. Now we're living in the DC area and have to bring Hawaii to the kitchen! At home I will only cook with NOH brand Hawaiian curry. And I've only recently started cooking. I have learned so much from Eating Well! I never would have thought to mix curry into mayo!! But this is off the chart! Or as we'd say in Hawaii - it broke da mouth!
