If you don't want to heat up your kitchen you can cook the chicken on the grill instead; grill on high heat, 6 to 8 minutes per side. Make it a meal: Serve with a fragrant brown basmati rice.

Was fantastic, i marinated my chicken in the yogurt/garam masala/mango chutney mixture for 20minutes before grilling the bbq. It was fantastic. So flavourful. I may have added abit more chutney to the mix though. Also put the mango salsa over a bed of baby spinach with crushed cashews, avocado and halved cherry tomatoes. Awesome. Am going to try this recipe tonight and use on kebabs kylie.nordstrand |
