Creamy Green Beans Recipe

Makes: 4 servings, 1 cup each

Ingredients

  • 1 pound green beans, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 3 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Preparation

  1. Place beans in a steamer basket and steam over 2 inches of boiling water until tender, 5 to 7 minutes. Whisk mayonnaise, mustard and salt in a medium bowl. Add the beans; toss to coat.
