Cutting mayonnaise with yogurt is an excellent technique for reducing calories and fat. Here, it makes a simple sauce that goes perfectly with delicate preparations.

"My daughter and I could not stop eating this!! Perfect balance of flavors!! We served it with the Muffin Tin Crab Cakes on this site and couldn't be more pleased! Would be SOOO good with salmon!! Already looking forward to making it again...

This sauce is absolutely excellent! Due to the time of year, I used dill in a tube. I had guests for lunch and they loved it too. Some used the sauce on their salad. It woud be a great dip for vegetables too.


We really dislike the nonfat and lowfat mayonnaises. Just go with the yogurt--it's delicious.


Mmmm! This sauce is so simple but so yummy. I added a little bit of splenda to mine and it made it even better.
