Delicious

This dish is pretty easy to make, and the peppers and onions add a "soft" crunch to the pasta.

Too Hot...

I had to throw this out. It was just too hot for me and my husband. I used Tony Chachere's spice, and I only put in a little over a tablespoon. When we sat down to eat, we had to add more sour cream to it, and I even added milk to the pan after it had set for a while, and it was still too hot. It broke my heart to have to throw it out, but I didn't know what else to do.

Excellent easy to make meal

I made this tonite - substituted diced tomatoes for crushed, used one of the omega-3 rotinis instead of whole wheat (omg, I hate whole wheat pasta), and used homemade cajun spice from this recipe: http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Cajun-Spice-Mix-2/Detail.aspx The cajun spice you use is key to the flavor - be sure to choose one with plenty of oompf as there is a lot of tomato in the sauce, and I think the sour cream dulls the heat a bit too. This is a keeper and I would definitely make it again and recommend it to friends.

Very tasty!

This was really good. I used part chicken breast and part chicken sausage. Also used fat-free sour cream and added some crushed red pepper to up the heat. Served with garlic bread and steamed kale. Really good, super easy (practically a one-pot meal) and got rave reviews from the roommates! Would definitely make this again.

It's a keeper!

This was a good recipe. We added mushrooms, red pepper instead of green, and a pablano pepper to add more veggie content. We also used linguine instead of the cork screw pasta. The extra veggies really made this dish! I highly recommend adding them. I'd also recommend adding a bit of salt to the chicken. Overall good dish!
