Absolutely delicious! Have made it twice already! I used rotisserie turkey breast from the supermarket and did not add the parsley. The first time I used Uncle Ben's quick cooking wild and long grain rice and loved it. Second time I could not find quick cooking wild and cooked regular wild rice and then added it after. I liked the first time better.

This was an amazing soup, filled with delicious flavor. I used regular wild rice and it was worth it. Its still fairly quick because once you add the broth, you just add the rice, turkey, sour cream, and parsley and its done! DELICIOUS

Very good quick hearty soup. I used Near East brand wild rice mix and tossed in the herb pack with it and cooked a wee bit longer than recommended in this recipe. I love a thick soup and this one fits the bill. Great with a green salad!!
