There may be as many versions of muesli as there are breakfast cereals, but this one's modeled after the original Swiss wake-you-up—a combination of overnight-soaked grains, nuts, dried fruit and yogurt. Make it the night before and you'll have breakfast ready when you are.
Delicious, easy to make, and versatile. I've used sesame seeds instead of sunflower and experimented with different juices. My favorite is heating frozen berries until they're soft, mashing, and mixing with the juice to total 1/2 cup.
I loved this! Soaking overnight really makes it taste like a delicious oatmeal. Will continue to make.
I made this for two gettogethers...people either love this or they don't...I do =) And it's so easy to make! I hate oatmeal, this is a tasty way to make sure that I get some in my diet.
This is a really delicious recipe to get me out of my breakfast rut. And it's so easy to pull together the night before. Thank you!
