A sweet-tart accompaniment for Peppered Turkey or other poultry or meat dishes.
- 1/2 pound seedless green grapes, stemmed (2 cups)
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Combine all ingredients in a nonreactive saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook, stirring frequently, until thickened, 30 to 35 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
