A sweet-tart accompaniment for Peppered Turkey or other poultry or meat dishes.


Cranberry-Grape Relish Recipe

4 servings, about 3 tablespoons each

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound seedless green grapes, stemmed (2 cups)
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a nonreactive saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook, stirring frequently, until thickened, 30 to 35 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
