Cranberry-Grape Relish

A sweet-tart accompaniment for Peppered Turkey or other poultry or meat dishes.

Makes 4 servings, about 3 tablespoons each

ACTIVE TIME: 40 minutes

TOTAL TIME: 40 minutes

EASE OF PREPARATION: Easy

1/2 pound seedless green grapes, stemmed (2 cups)
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup orange juice
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon lime juice

Combine all ingredients in a nonreactive saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook, stirring frequently, until thickened, 30 to 35 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
