Stir lemon pepper into cottage cheese for a quick and healthy vegetable dip. We like carrots and snow peas, but any crunchy vegetables you have on hand will do.

Loved it!

This made me like cottage cheese. I tried this with a chive cottage cheese which gave it that extra flavor. I also recommend dipping your rice cake in this since they can be bland. It's my favorite snack now

A smalll amount will go a long way

I used a small amount of lemon pepper. When I tasted it, I thought it had a weird flavor. I brought it to work anyway and tried it with my sugar snap peas and baby carrots. It's really good with the snap peas, which have a strong flavor of their own. The cottage cheese adds some nice moisture and makes you feel like you're eating dip, which is naughty. :) It's okay with the carrots. I'll try changing it up next time, but I'm definitely eating it all today.

accurate but should mention the lemon pepper edge

i will make this a couple of times a week as a change from a spicy salsa. I like cottage cheese with this seasoning so I can enjoy it but one has to like cottage cheese because that is what it is .

quick fast easy andgood texture,

Um ok!

Well I would have to say not really what I like. The lemon pepper did not go well for me with the cottage cheese. Using cottage cheese as a dip doesn't work for me. Just like cottage chees in casseroles and by itself that is all.

YUMMY!

The lemon pepper is very subtle, but it adds a little something new to plain ole cottage cheese (which I love on it's own anyway). I used just carrots since I'm not a pea fan, but what a great mid-day snack for work or at home!

simple, easy, great to take to work
