A quick cognac-infused coffee sauce tops scoops of frozen yogurt in this adult sundae.


Coffee-Cognac Coupe Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 teaspoons instant coffee
  • 2 tablespoons cognac, or brandy
  • 2 cups nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt

Preparation

  1. Bring sugar, water and coffee powder to a boil in a small saucepan; boil until slightly thickened, 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in cognac (or brandy). Let cool. Layer in parfait glasses with frozen yogurt.
