This dish was wonderful! Even my kids who don't like fish liked this fish. I used frozen cod that I had thawed, and I also pureed the tomato sauce before I added the cream (Kids don't like tomato chunks). I served it over rice with broccoli on the side. Everyone gobbled it up! I will make this one again!

This was delicious! It was fast and simple, and it smelled amazing with the fresh thyme. I served it with a loaf of crusty bread and roasted garlic. I will make it again.
I will not use Tilapia because of what I heard regarding it having a lot of Omega 6, so I used Cod to make this recipe. It was delicious. I loved it! I served it over fresh spinach because I was in a hurry, but rice or something of the sort is definately a must to truly enjoy the sauce in this recipe... yum yum. This one is a keeper!
