These where a hit with everyone who tried them! I did have to pat them down also and I put colored sugar on them for Christmas. I substituted 1 1/2 tsp baking powder for the baking soda and cream of tartar. They turned out crispy on the outside and soft & chewing on the inside. Yum!

Cookies tasted great, first sheet the balls didn't flatten or spread out. I slightly flattened the second sheet before baking and they came out great, had to cook the full 8 min.
I brought these cookies to an early Xmas dinner party. Everyone loved them, people told me I should sell them!
At 7 minutes the tops just started to crack, removed them and they were perfect. Very soft and the honey/citrus flavor was incredible.
I'm can't wait to make them again!
Great cookies! Really easy. Delicious buttery flavor, even though there are only 4 TBS butter. Definitely a step up from your regular sugar cookie.
I plan on making these in a cookie mold. Any tips? I think just spraying the cookie mold will be sufficient?
