It’s quick and easy to mix together these slice-and-bake cinnamon-sugar cookies whenever you need something sweet. The recipe makes enough dough so you can bake half and put the other half in the freezer—ready to pull out and bake up a few fresh cookies anytime.

Not Snickerdoodles...

They taste OK. Maybe I screwed up the recipe at some point but they were extremely dry and did not have much flavor. They taste more like a cinnamon-infused biscuit rather than a snickerdoodle -- but if that's what you're going for then more power to ya. Maybe I'll try them again but with an additional stick of butter and a few extra cups of sugar. I guess if you're going to do these you have to do them exactly right I must have screwed up the recipe somewhere.

A healthy snicker doodle!

These cookies are great. They taste just like snicker doodles but are healthier. They aren't too sweet and have a nice subtle cinnamon flavor. I will absolutely make these again. A great staple to pull from the freezer for a little after dinner dessert. I followed the recipe exactly as written.
