honestly one of the BEST dressings i have ever had in my life. Amazing and makes an excellent dipping sauce for bread or any vegetables! we used this on tomato mozzarella appetizer and it was SO good!

Delicious dressing but make sure you use a good olive oil that doesn't have a bitter taste.

This one is a favorite of mine. I like it on fish, coleslaw, fruit salad, and greens. I'd be willing to try it on anything.

Don't substitute parsley for the cilantro, the dressing is a CILANTRO LIME vinaigrette! Not a parsley vinaigrette!
The cilantro imparts a strong flavor, and you have to love that herb, which I do!
This was wonderful over a black bean corn salad.
Excellent and easy!
