Made these to take to a friends at New Years. Everyone really enjoyed them, especially the gluten free folks.

these were SO good. I was afraid of the meringue and soft peak stuff, but it wasn't too bad and I was so happy with how they came out, i'd try it again. Even my cookie baking family thought they were great - quite an accomplishment! Try them, they're delish...
