We love the rich chocolate flavor in these chewy cookies that are like a cross between higher-fat coconut macaroons and low-fat, low-calorie, egg-white-based meringues.

Everyone went back for seconds!

Made these to take to a friends at New Years. Everyone really enjoyed them, especially the gluten free folks.

Very easy to make. Glad they are so low cal, I didn't feel guilty having two

insides bubbled out and meringue was all broken after 10 min baking What went wrong?

Easy to prepare, common ingredients, good flavour
surprisingly awesome!

these were SO good. I was afraid of the meringue and soft peak stuff, but it wasn't too bad and I was so happy with how they came out, i'd try it again. Even my cookie baking family thought they were great - quite an accomplishment! Try them, they're delish...
