A healthy version of the malt shop favorite.

1/2 cup chocolate ice cream
1/4 cup chocolate soymilk
1 teaspoon malted-milk powder

Blend ice cream, soymilk and malted-milk powder in a blender until smooth.

NUTRITION INFORMATION: Per serving: 224 calories; 10 g fat (6 g sat, 0 g mono); 32 mg cholesterol; 29 g carbohydrate; 4 g protein; 1 g fiber; 73 mg sodium.
