Here's an easier way to make these. After putting the popsicle sticks in the bananas, put them on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Freeze 1 hour. Pour melted chocolate into a tall glass and dunk the pops. Add sprinkles, nuts, or coconut immediately (the chocolate sets almost instantly). Return to the freezer. I took these to a July 4th celebration last night and came home with an empty container!
