amazing cookies!

We made these because we needed a non-nut cookie for my niece w/nut allergies. We didn't expect them to be SO good! They went really quickly on the cookie trays and keep well in the fridge. The texture is chewy with explosions of chocolate and cherry and coconut - what's not to love??
