Excellent for Chocolate Lovers!

I make this with chopped toasted almonds as my honey is allergic to pistachios. I have made it several times and when I cannot find dried cherries I substitute dried cranberries. I love that it is easy to modify that way. I also use Ghirradelli Chocolate Chips for ease. My only problem is that I want to eat all of it!!!

Super easy & quick, adapts easily to modifications

A friend of mine made this over the weekend and we loved it! I am going to make it and take it to a cookie swap instead of cookies!

I have been making this for years and it is always a hit. Super fast, super easy. Like the previous commenter, I also use chips, semi sweet or bitter sweet. I try to get good quality. Chopping the chocolate takes a lot of effort and is a bit of a mess and my favorite thing about this recipe is that it is quick and easy.

This recipe was very good. I didn't have any bittersweet chocolate, so i used semi-sweet chocolate chips instead. It turned out great. Very easy to make and you don't need a lot of ingredients.
