Love these. Agree that they are a quick & easy way to satisfy....crunchy, chocolatey, fruity cravings. Sometimes I leave off the coconut, and add a smear of PB. Other times I add some chopped hazelnuts. Or, leave off the banana and just add PB and chopped almonds for an "almond joy". Good spur of the moment item using pantry items we already have on hand. Kids would love em too!
