This is my favorite go to recipe, I love it with sweet potato fries or just a salad. Quick very tasty just the thing for a weekday dinner.
This is an excellent and easy dish. Something about it made the Tilapia very juicy and flavorful. We actually have made it twice now and tonight did it without the asparagus - we just squeezed the lemon on the fish towards the end of cooking. Five stars!
