I made this salad using leftover chicken after making chicken soup from scratch. I was looking for a good way to use it up. The salad turned out great! I did make a few changes though: low fat sour creme instead of low fat yogurt, craisins instead of walnuts, and no grapes. I was very happy with the results. I think adding the lemon juice was a great idea
