I usually like marjoram but for some reason it seems a bit much in this recipe. The dish tastes very "perfume-like". I usually only like sun-dried tomatoes in small doses so that was another reason why I don't think I liekd this dish very much. The flavor just seemed off. I added two cloves of garlic instead of one, blended all of the sun-dried tomatoes instead of only 1/4 cup (this may be why it didn't taste right to me). I also added some chicken broth since the tomato mixture was very thick. I don't think I would make this again.
