I thought this was a nice, light and healthy dish! I added garlic when boiling the chicken and charring the tomatoes. The garlic was a nice compliment to the lemon. All in all, an easy and fun dish to make!

I did that too... also , replaced lemon to calamansi, here in our country kasi calamansi was more available than lemon... my family loved it...

Mine looked nothing like the picture. It was okay but kind of a mess and the flavor was just so so.

This is supposed to be a heathy recipe for people with high blood pressure, so why does the recipe include one teaspoon of SALT ????

It makes 6 servings and you can adjust accordingly - no one is forcing you to put in the salt!!

You can just leave the salt out. Also on teaspoon of salt is not a crazy amount.
