This was so GOOD & EASY!!!!!!!!

I first of all want to thank you for creating such a healthy, easy and satisfying meal. My children don't like broccoli so I made this with 16 oz. frozen (but thawed.) mixed veggies, it was amazing! The next time I make this I am going to use half broccoli for my husband and I and half mixed veggies for the kids. I am so happy with this meal. Love your magazine I am a loyal subscriber! Can't wait to make this again!

You only dirty one pan, it is easy to put together, not a ton of ingredients.
Easy and the kids loved it

This recipe is similar to a chicken divan makeover several years ago, but so much easier. My kids loved it and it only got one pan dirty. One son wished there were cheese in the sauce and not just on top. I might put some mozzarella in the sauce and a little less on top. I wasn't sure if my circulon pan should go under the broiler or not, so I used Low and it seemed ok.
