Yes, blueberries and pasta. The addition of poached chicken and feta cheese makes this dish into a light and satisfying summer supper that's also great for a potluck. If you already have some leftover chicken, skip Step 1 and add shredded chicken in Step 4.

The next time I make this dish I will double everything with the exception of the chicken, pasta, blueberries and salt.





This was a big hit with the entire family (even the 7 and 4 year old). I did substitute farfalle for the rotini and shredded, rotisserie chicken (had 1/2 a roti chicken on hand) for the poached chicken. What a light, refreshing summer meal! I will definitely make this again!





I have made this a couple of times. It is a great summer dish. It's a combination that you think won't work - but it works beuatifully!!!!
