"I tried this with chutney and then another version with a vegetable spread and cinnamon/sugar. Both were wonderful, even with Veggie Shreds rather than real cheese! "

Preparation

  1. Top English muffin with jam (or chutney), apple and cheese. Toast in a toaster oven or under the broiler until the cheese is melted.
