It's hard to go wrong with the classic combination of Cheddar cheese and apples. Try this once and you may be addicted.

"I tried this with chutney and then another version with a vegetable spread and cinnamon/sugar. Both were wonderful, even with Veggie Shreds rather than real cheese! "

I tried this for lunch today and it was good....but not great. I like the flavors of apples and cheese, but something about the english muffin sort of diluted the apple/cheese flavor. I used rasberry jam on the muffin and it did add a sweetness to the overall flavor which was very nice.


I love this breakfast! It sticks with me and gives me everything I want - crunch, sweetness, tartness and saltiness. I loved it so much, I made one for my husband and he actually liked it as well. I give it a 5 star rating!!
