This is a good easy recipe. I like that it uses low fat milk instead of cream and butter, and having it not have rice is nice as well. I will say, however, that I thought this recipe lacked a lot of seasoning. How is garlic not listed? I added about 4 cloves of garlic and some dried oregano which did help. I think this is a good recipe to use as a base and you can add whatever cheese and extra herbs and seasoning you like.
