Eat carrots = good good

Eat carrots = good good eyesight.
Don't eat carrots = can't see straight about what to eat.

Agreed. 25gm per day? Too extreme in my opinion.


This is delish! I changed a couple things because I wanted to use what I had in the house. I didn't have celery so I just skipped it and I used vegatable broth in place of chicken and skim milk instead of half and half.. So good.. I will be sure to make this again!
