This is one great recipe. We are having it with a baby spinach, baby arugula salad with some zuchinni, tomato, and a wee bit of sweet onion. Oh, with chunk light tuna, of course. You can leave the salt out, or use a No Salt substitute. Makes this even more heart healthy.

I love this dressing recipe. It's tastes like caesar dressing, I dont' have to put anchovies in it, and it's super low in calories! My friends and family love it too and have no idea it's not traditional caesar dressing :)
