Even halved, this made too much for my husband and myself. I thoroughly enjoy a good spicy meal, but I must have messed up the ratios somewhere because this was a little too spicy for me to eat. My husband, however enjoyed it and had seconds. It was very rich even though I used skim milk, which is a good thing. I like that even though it's supposed to be a healthy meal, it still had the comfort food feel to it. I used medium sized shells (like in Velveeta) and flour (instead of the cornstarch) because that was what I had on hand. I don't think I'll be making this recipe again.
