I thought it was way too bland. The taste of the noodles completely overpowered the sauce. I feel like there should be a richer flavor to the sauce, like cheese soup needs added or something. I won't be making this again.
Buffalo Chicken Casserole
From EatingWell: September/October 2010
We took the classic flavors of Buffalo wings—hot sauce, blue cheese, carrots and celery—and created a finger-licking-good casserole. Serve this dish during football season to a hungry crowd and it’s sure to be a hit. We don’t typically recommend ingredients by brand name, but in this case we make an exception for Frank’s RedHot Sauce. It has the perfect balance of spice and tang for this casserole. Texas Pete and Crystal hot sauces are suitable alternatives if you can’t find Frank’s.

I agree with the previous comment. Too many noodles for the amount of sauce, and perhaps melting the blue cheese in with the sauce would be better. I used cipole hot sauce because it's what we had in the house and my husband loves it, but I think if I made it again I'd stick with the regular. Shredded carrots would be much better.
I'd be interested in comments from the others who rated this dish. My family thought it was just 'okay'. There were too many noodles for the amount of sauce when I made it. Plus, I could help but think maybe I should be adding the blue cheese to the sauce and doing something different w/ the hot sauce. We use Frank's and it is excellent. Also...I might finely chop the carrots instead of having the slices... Anyway...I really like the idea of this casserole, but it needs to be 'doctored' a bit...
