It was great! It was so easy and a great way to cook brussel sprouts. I didn't have the walnut oil and used olive oil and it still came out great!
I don't typically like brussel sprouts unless they are drowned in cheese sauce to cover the flavor.....until now. I just ate a pound of brussel sprouts for dinner! Excellent recipe.
