Sweet and simple!

After reading the other reviews, my expectations were a little high, and these cookies did not fulfill them. But other than that, they are good! I like that they are light and sweet tasting but they got a little too crunchy!

Pros: Sweet, easy, low fat

These were so yummy! I made them for my Zumba class since the calories are so low! I'm going to make them for Christmas and put a little colored sugar on top!

I did use unsalted butter and only a pinch of salt not a whole teaspoon full.

These were a disappointment. They were a little too salty for cookies. Maybe if the salt was reduced or unsalted butter is used they might taste better.
