This is a perfect recipe if you want something rich and filling! It's a perfect balance of sweet and spicy and is still good for lunch the next day. Tastes great with breaded tofu over saffron rice as well. Plus, the ingredients aren't hard to find. I often add onions and bean sprouts to it for added crunch and flavour, but that's your choice! I make this for my parents and younger sister all the time, pretty much as often as possible.
