this was great!! I swapped the brown sugar for a shake of brown sugar, drop of agave syrup and bit of ground nutmeg, ginger & onion powder. I also added a small piece of chopped fresh ginger when the peppers & garlic were added. ..added a Saracha and it still wasn't too spicy.
i cooked chicken in the a TBS of the peanut sauce 1st w/ a little olive oil, Saracha & soy sauce.
