Best home stir fry

Best stir fry I have made at home, I used 4 lg heads broccoli
And doubled the sauce, also added thai rice noodles, came out perfect, will try adding chicken or tofu next time.

Very easy and quick

too much peanut butter

Either need less peanut butter or more broccoli. There was too much sauce for the amount of broccoli. But tasted delish!

yummy

I would only give this 3 stars mostly because I'm in agreement with 1 of your comments......the sauce was way too thick/sticky and to me, in need of lots more acid......the peanut butter was too overwhelming. Plus, the recipe could have used more veggies, maybe double the broccoli or pepper or perhaps adding some big slices of onion? Love peanut butter, and to experience the interesting flavor of peanut sauce, which we've never had, it was worth making.......but in the end, will not make again.

Got to experience peanut sauce

Kick it up a notch

Love the peanut sauce in this recipe. Some changes I recommend:
- steam the broccoli, can taste burnt per the recipe's direction
-saute the garlic with pot-stickers then add sauce and steamed broccoli
-great main course with leftovers that reheat well

Quick and great sauce

Excellent

I added tofu (stir fried tofu in wok and removed prior to following the rest of the recipe). Then added back at end with sauce. This is a relatively simple, delicious and healthy recipe. I added asian rice noodles right to the mixture, and doubled the sauce (I still think it could have used a little more). The sauce was a little thick so next time (and there will be a next time) I would add more of the water/soy sauce/rice vinegar to the mix to think it out a bit more. Perhaps even a splash of sesame oil to coat everything and make it a little less sticky.

This could be made with any variety of vegetables and protein. Easy enough for a weeknight.

Great taste and easy preparation.
