Maybe because I used fat free feta, but I thought the recipe as written was kind of blah. I added some finely chopped sweet onion, salt and craisins. I think some chopped bacon would also help.

This was pretty good but I brought it to work for lunch and would reccomend it as a side rather than a main, as I had it.

I really liked this basic salad. It's the perfect thing to pack for lunch. I used a low fat sheep's milk feta and low sodium beans. I will add a little salt right before eating as I thought that adding salt to the dressing might cause the veggies to "weep".
